Acceptance

By using CompanyAura you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What CompanyAura does

CompanyAura is a hosted service that ingests data you connect (Slack, Notion, Drive, etc.) and produces an LLM-maintained wiki. We serve that wiki to you and to the agents you authorize.

Your responsibilities

• Connect only data you have the right to share with us.
• Don't use the service to violate any law or third party's rights.
• Keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for actions taken under your account.

Our responsibilities

• Run the service with reasonable security and uptime.
• Handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Give you 30 days' notice before material changes to these terms.

Pricing & payment

Our design-partner program is private and individually priced. Standard pricing will be published before general availability.

Data ownership

You own your source data and the wiki we generate from it. We hand you a git repository of the markdown on request. There's no vendor lock-in.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." LLM-generated content can be wrong; review before relying on it for high-stakes decisions. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party can terminate at any time. We delete your data within 30 days of termination.
