Who we are
CompanyAura is a service that ingests data you connect (Slack, Notion, Drive, etc.) and builds a structured wiki from it. This page describes how we handle that data.
What we collect
- Connected source data. Chat messages, document text, and metadata from sources you explicitly connect — only from channels and folders you grant us access to.
- Account info. Your name, email, and workspace identity, plus authentication tokens for the sources you connect.
- Usage telemetry. Page views, errors, and which wiki pages get queried. Aggregated and not sold.
How we use it
Connected source data is processed only to build, maintain, and serve your wiki. We don't train shared AI models on it. We don't share it with other customers. We don't sell it.
Where it lives
Data is stored in Cloudflare and Supabase EU regions by default. Wiki pages are plain markdown in a git repository you can export at any time.
How we delete it
Disconnect a source: that source's content is removed from new wiki updates immediately and purged within 30 days. Close your account: full deletion within 30 days, including backups.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@companyaura.com. We respond within 30 days.
